VivaChek® Ino - Blood glucose meters

The VivaChek® Ino Blood Glucose Monitoring System is designed to quantitatively measure the glucose concentration in fresh capillary whole blood. It allows diabetics to take blood samples from the fingertip, forearm, or palm. It is used at home as a way to monitor the effectiveness of diabetes control programs. Alternate testing sites (forearm and palm) should be used only during steady-state times (when blood glucose level is not changing rapidly). This system is intended to be used by a single patient and should not be shared.

The VivaChek® Ino blood glucose meter benefits from advanced technology with 8 electrodes per strip providing reliable results over a wide range of haematocrit, humidity and operating temperatures.

The VivaChek® Ino is cleverly designed to be easy used with clearly instructions written in English. The meter is available in black with two contrasting large fossil grey, soft touch buttons, making set up a doddle.

The smart, easy to fill, test strips each contain 8 electrodes, with each batch auto-coded during manufacture to ensure strip to strip reliability. The meter containing a unique algorithm to compensate for extreme variations in hematocrit (20 to 70%), temperature (5 to 45°C) and humidity makes it suitable for both self-test and professional use in clinic.
